Forty-seven years experience in securities industry, thirty-nine years experience as an officer and director of a registered broker/dealer and investment advisor. Former member of NASD District Business Conduct Committee.  Sixteen years experience as consultant and expert witness in investment related disputes in Federal Court, various State Courts, AAA, FINRA, NYSE.
